New Hornby releases have been few and far between over the last year, so anything that arrives from Margate is noteworthy. These new Mk 3 coaches are no exception, although probably for the wrong reasons. First announced for release in 2012, they were held over to 2013 and then to 2014 before finally making an appearance. But, like numerous other modern image items produced by Hornby over the last few years, they are something of an odd choice when much more popular and up-to-date liveries are still in demand.
